Cancellation conditions:
- up to 30 days before arrival cancellation is for free
- up to 21 days before arrival we have to charge 30%
- up to 14 days before arrival we have to charge 50%
- for later cancellations or not arrivals we have to charge the full amount
We recommend a travel insurance!
Booking / deposit
Please pay 30% deposit of the full amount, up to 7 days after you received the booking confirmation, on the following bank account. It is also possible to give us your credit card details for the deposit.
Otherwise we can not guarantee you the Chalet you have booked.
