Cancellation conditions:
- up to 30 days before arrival cancellation is for free
- up to 21 days before arrival we have to charge 30%
- up to 14 days before arrival we have to charge 50%
- for later cancellations or not arrivals we have to charge the full amount
We recommend a travel insurance!
If you have the booking confirmation from us please pay up to 30 days before arrival a deposit from 30% of the full amount on the following bank account. It is also possible to give us your credit card details for deposit.
Otherwise we can`t guarantee your Chalet.
